Role Summary
• Modec, a member of the Mitsui Group, employs over 5,000 individuals from 25 different countries. You will become a member of the Digital and Analytics global team, which was established in 2021.
• Design exceptional UI/UX for a diverse range of innovative products, such as web-based solutions including business applications, search engines and AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, machine learning reviews), as well as interactive visualizations and 3D simulations (e.g. Unity Reflect)
• Senior roles will be considered for candidates whose qualifications and experience align with our requirement

Responsibilities
• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behaviors
• Develop personas, user scenarios, and journey maps to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
• Conduct usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Lead design reviews and present design concepts to stakeholders
• Maintain a design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and efficiency in the development of bespoke enterprise applications and user experiences for the company.
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or have completed comparable studies in a related field.
• 2-7 years of hands-on experience
• Strong portfolio that illustrates strengths in UI and UX methodologies e.g. UX case studies, Hi-fidelity screens, prototypes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Nice to have
• Experience in designing for 3D simulations and VR, AR, and MR environments
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar prototyping software
• Experience working within Agile frameworks
